Neben den heutigen Berechtigungsformen ERLAUBNIS (nach &sect; 7 Bundesberggesetz [BBergG]), BEWILLIGUNG (nach &sect; 8 BBergG) und BERGWERKSEIGENTUM (nach &sect; 9 BBergG) bestehen zum Teil noch Bergbauberechtigungen aus der Zeit vor dem Inkrafttreten des BBergG -sogenannte ALTE RECHTE- (nach &sect; 149 BBergG).
