{"id":"571","title":"WFS RP Bodenschaetzung","description":"Das Liegenschaftskataster wird in elektronischer Form im Amtlichen Liegenschaftskatasterinformationssystem (ALKIS) gef\u00fchrt. Darin bilden die Objekte der Objektart \u201eBodensch\u00e4tzung\u201c einen Nachweis \u00fcber die Ertragsf\u00e4higkeit des Bodens. Dazu werden rechtliche Einstufungen von Fl\u00e4chen nach besonderen Kriterien festgelegt. Die Zuordnung, Einstufung und Abgrenzung obliegt der Finanzverwaltung Rheinland-Pfalz (www.lfst-rlp.de). Die Bodensch\u00e4tzungsergebnisse sind gem. \u00a7 14 des Bodensch\u00e4tzungsgesetzes im Liegenschaftskataster zu f\u00fchren. Der WFS RP Bodensch\u00e4tzung enth\u00e4lt daraus die Fl\u00e4chen der Bodensch\u00e4tzung, die Muster-, Landesmuster- und Vergleichsst\u00fccke sowie die Grabl\u00f6cher der Bodensch\u00e4tzung mit
