Vervielf\u00e4ltigung, Ver\u00e4nderung, Ver\u00f6ffentlichung oder die Weitergabe an Dritte bed\u00fcrfen der Zustimmung des Herausgebers. Einer Zustimmung des Oberen Gutachterausschusses bedarf es nicht, wenn 1. die Bodenrichtwerte an Dritte weitergegeben werden und mit der Weitergabe keine unmittelbare oder mittelbare Vermarktung der Bodenrichtwerte verfolgt wird oder 2. die Bodenrichtwerte im Rahmen von Verkehrswertgutachten \u00fcber unbebaute und bebaute Grundst\u00fccke an Antragsberechtigte entsprechend \u00a7 193 Baugesetzbuch weitergegeben werden oder 3. die Verkehrswertgutachten im Rahmen von Zwangsversteigerungsverfahren der Amtsgerichte im Internet ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden sollen. - Vervielf\u00e4ltigungen und Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen sind mit einem Herkunfts- und Aktualit\u00e4tsvermerk zu versehen der mindestens folgende Angaben enthalten soll: Datengrundlage: Bodenrichtwerte der Gutachteraussch\u00fcsse der Grundst\u00fcckswerte in Rheinland-Pfalz, Wertermittlungsstichtag der Bodenrichtwerte 01.01.2018 und bei Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen zus\u00e4tzlich Ver\u00f6ffentlichung durch (verwendende Person oder Stelle). Es gelten die Vorschriften der VV \u00dcbermittlungGeobasis sinngem\u00e4\u00df.
